Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING 

Responsible for administrative functions at the site including but not limited to maintaining filing system and organizing documents related to security team and organization, support of payroll and human resources functions (including timesheet collection & review, benefits open enrollment, personnel file management, hiring and onboarding processes), assist security team with personal changes as related to the company, and additional duties as assigned by Project Manager.   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 3 years administrative experience is required.  Associates’ degree in Business Administration or related field a plus. Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PPT and Access).  Applicant should also possess basic Payroll and HR Skills.  Strong organizational, communication (written & verbal), and ability to get along in a team environment.  Candidate MUST be able to handle confidential and highly sensitive materials/information.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/ATTRIBUTES

The selected candidate must be able to possess unescorted access at a nuclear power plant and will participate in the company's Fitness-for-Duty Program. In order to obtain unescorted access, the selected candidate will be required to complete a Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) and submit to a drug testing program. Information from the PHQ will be used to conduct an extensive background investigation as required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, preferred.
  • Associate’s Degree and two or more years of progressively responsible business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the Company.  Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Background Prerequisites

Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements

  • Ability to use technology, including audio-visual equipment, web-based and point-to-point training delivery systems, and personal computers.
  • Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices.
